Political analyst Milazim Gashi, in a public statement, has offered a concrete proposal for overcoming the current political deadlock in the country. According to him, the most reasonable way to restore institutional stability and move forward with reforms is the formation of a coalition between the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Vetëvendosje Movement (VV).

Gashi proposes that LDK should assume the position of Prime Minister, led by Lumir Abdixhiku, while Albin Kurti would be elected President of the country and Vjosa Osmani would take over the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to him, such a configuration would not only ensure political and institutional balance, but would also enable the unblocking of many stalled processes.

“With Abdixhiku as Prime Minister, the projects of the Municipality of Pristina would be unblocked and the opportunity would be created to implement the development program of Përparim Rama for the capital,” Gashi emphasized.

He added that cooperation between these two parties would create a stable government that would put an end to the prolonged political crisis and pave the way for the necessary reforms for the country, including progress on the international stage.
